Jennifer Aniston has publicly criticized JD Vance’s 2021 comments about "childless cat ladies" running the U.S. government, which have recently resurfaced with Vance's recent announcement as former President Trump's running mate.
In a 2021 interview with Tucker Carlson on Fox News, Vance, an Ohio senator, suggested that the U.S. government was being led by “childless cat ladies” who project their personal dissatisfaction onto the nation.

“I truly can’t believe this is coming from a potential VP of the United States,” Aniston wrote.
The actress, who has been open about her own struggles with fertility, also addressed Vance’s stance on reproductive rights.
