Hold onto your bonnets, Bridgerton fans! Season three dropped with all the usual romantic drama and enough scandalous gossip to make Lady Whistledown blush. But the biggest shock? The elusive Francesca Bridgerton, practically absent for two seasons, is back with a whole new face... and a potential love interest that's got everyone talking.
Gone is Ruby Stokes (off to solve mysteries in Lockwood & Co., the lucky thing!), and stepping into those empire waist gowns is none other than Hannah Dodd.
And she's no stranger to period pieces or Netflix! You might recognize her from "Anatomy of a Scandal" (playing a young Sienna Miller, talk about good genes!), or the gothic thriller, "Flowers in the Attic: The Origin.
"It’s quite a weird feeling walking in and around the sets, seeing everybody in their characters," Dodd confessed in an interview. "But everyone's been so welcoming, especially Mama Ruth [Gemmell, aka Lady Violet]. She's looked after me, but they all have. Claudia Jessie [Eloise Bridgerton] has really taken me under her wing, and the boys, I love them all!"
Sounds like she's fitting right in to the mischievous Bridgerton clan.
